Lucknow University’s Placement Cell at the main campus has announced a recruitment drive for the position of Child Welfare Officer (Resource and Public Relations) in Search Foundation, offering fresh opportunities for students pursuing careers in social work and community welfare.

The recruitment initiative is being conducted under the guidance of Vice Chancellor Prof. J.P. Saini and Director of the Placement Cell (Main Campus), Prof. Anoop Bhartiya. The drive aims to connect qualified students with meaningful professional opportunities in the social development sector.

Eligibility and job profile

The opportunity is open to graduates and final-semester students of BSW (Bachelor of Social Work) and MSW (Master of Social Work) from Lucknow University. Selected candidates will be posted in Lucknow and will work in the area of child welfare, resource management and public relations.

The role is expected to provide hands-on exposure to social outreach, communication, welfare coordination and field engagement, making it a valuable career opportunity for students interested in development and social impact work.

Salary, working hours and joining date

Candidates selected through the recruitment process will receive a monthly salary of ₹20,000. The working schedule will be from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.

The appointment will come into effect from July 1, 2026.
