Geology Duo Secures Promising Corporate Opportunity

Rishi Raj Jha and Shiva Mishra, two meritorious students, have been selected through a rigorous recruitment process conducted by the company. Their selection highlights the growing industry relevance of geology studies and the strengthening campus-to-corporate pipeline at BBAU.

The offer begins with a three-month internship carrying a stipend of ₹20,000 per month, followed by a 12-month training program with an annual CTC of ₹5.5 lakh. Based on performance, students may secure permanent roles with packages reaching ₹6 lakh per annum, along with additional travel and accommodation benefits.

During the internship, the students will gain real-world exposure by working on limestone surveying, geological analysis, and mineral resource evaluation—key operations in the cement manufacturing sector. This hands-on experience is expected to give them a strong edge in the industry.
