UP Board Exam 2026: Big Relief for Students as Practical Exam Dates Extended — Check the New Schedule

UP Board has extended the last date for Intermediate practical exams. Secretary Bhagwati Singh has allowed students to appear till 4 February. This decision will help students who missed the exam earlier to get another chance.

The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has given major relief to Intermediate students. According to an official notice issued by Board Secretary Bhagwati Singh, the last date for the first phase of practical examinations has been extended.
As per the earlier schedule, the practical exams were to be conducted from 24 January to 1 February 2026. However, since practical exams were still pending in several schools, the board has extended the deadline in the interest of students. Now, the practical examinations will be held till 4 February 2026.
The board has issued strict instructions that all practical exams must be completed by 4 February. Students who missed their practical exams earlier get this last chance. Students are advised to contact their schools immediately.
The UPMSP will conduct Class 10th and 12th exams from 18 February to 12 March 2026. Exams will be held in two shifts: morning 8:30 AM to 11:45 AM and afternoon 2:00 PM to 5:15 PM.
