With the NEET UG re-examination scheduled for June 21, several aspirants in Lucknow are facing difficulties accessing their admit cards due to persistent technical issues on the National Testing Agency (NTA) portal.

Students reported spending hours attempting to log in and download their admit cards, only to encounter slow server responses, login errors, and unexpected session timeouts. Many candidates said the portal either failed to load properly or logged them out repeatedly after successful authentication.

According to aspirants, the website performance deteriorated during peak hours, forcing them to refresh pages multiple times and switch between devices and internet connections in search of a solution. In several cases, the admit card download page remained inaccessible despite repeated attempts.

Renu Agarwal, a NEET aspirant, said the technical disruptions have become a source of frustration at a crucial stage of exam preparation. Instead of focusing on revision, I am spending a significant amount of time trying to access the portal, she said.

Another candidate, Aditya, claimed that the portal frequently displayed errors and logged users out during the login process. He added that attempts to access the website through different devices and networks yielded little success.

Vikas Singh, another aspirant, said he was unable to move beyond the homepage as the portal repeatedly ended his session whenever the next page began loading.

Parents have also voiced concerns over the situation, stating that students are being forced to divert valuable preparation time to deal with technical problems. Ridhima, a parent, said the portal continued to show error messages despite entering the correct credentials, causing unnecessary anxiety for candidates.

Meanwhile, Rohit Seth said his family had been trying to download the admit card for several days without success. The ongoing technical issues are creating avoidable stress for students who should be concentrating on their final preparations, he said.

With only a few days left before the re-examination, candidates and parents have urged the NTA to address the portal issues at the earliest to ensure a smooth admit card download process for all registered aspirants.
