KMCLU entrance exam likely on June 6; university uploads syllabus for 11 Courses

Candidates advised to prepare according to the official syllabus as admissions process for UG, PG and diploma programmes gathers pace.

Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti Language University is set to conduct entrance examinations for admission to 11 professional courses on June 6, with the final schedule expected to be announced shortly. The university has already uploaded the syllabus on its official website and advised aspirants to begin preparations accordingly.

According to Dean Academics Prof. Sauban Saeed, entrance tests will be held for programmes including MBA, B.Pharm, D.Pharm, BBA, B.Tech (all branches), M.Tech Structural Engineering, M.Tech Mechatronics, M.Tech Biotechnology, M.Tech Computer Science and Engineering (AI & Machine Learning), and MCA.

The university clarified that 50 percent of seats in B.Tech, M.Tech and MCA programmes will be filled through UPTAC/UPTech-2026 counselling, while the remaining seats will be filled through the university entrance examination process.

Application deadline nears

The last date to apply for all undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma and certificate courses is May 31. University officials have urged candidates to carefully review the syllabus before appearing for the examination to improve their preparation strategy.

The admission process will move quickly after the entrance exam. The first merit list is scheduled to be released on June 9, followed by counselling and fee submission on June 12 and 13.

A second merit list for vacant seats will be announced on June 16, while counselling and fee submission for those candidates will continue from June 18 to June 20.

The university has fixed July 31 as the final deadline for admission against vacant seats. The new academic session is expected to commence from August 1.
