Emotions, music, and smiles filled the campuses of Bal Nikunj Schools and Colleges on Saturday as tiny students of KG-1 and KG-2 created unforgettable moments for their mothers during the second day of the institution’s Mother’s Day celebrations.

The event, organised across all four branches of the school in Lucknow on May 9, witnessed young children welcoming their mothers with flower showers, garlands, tilak ceremonies, and aarti rituals in a beautifully arranged musical atmosphere. Melodious tracks celebrating the bond between a mother and child added warmth to the occasion, leaving many parents emotional.

The children’s affectionate gestures moved several mothers to tears as they hugged their little ones and blessed them for a bright future. The celebration turned into a memorable display of love, gratitude, and respect between mothers and children.

Apart from the emotional moments, the programme also featured a series of entertaining activities for mothers, including Musical Cup Game, Roller Bangles Game, and Catwalk Fun Game. Children enthusiastically participated alongside their mothers, creating a lively and joyful environment across the campuses.

School principals also honoured mothers for their role in nurturing and guiding their children, presenting them with appreciation awards during the event.

According to the school administration, the celebrations are being organised as part of a “Mother’s Day Week” and will continue till May 14, 2026, for students up to Class 5.

Principals, pre-primary in-charges, teachers, and a large number of parents were present during the celebrations.
