Chief Guest Dr. Brahma, in his keynote address, described the North East—popularly known as the “Seven Sisters”—as a treasure of cultural and natural richness. He emphasized its diverse traditions, lifestyle, and strong bond with nature, while underlining the importance of sustainable living and wildlife conservation. He also spoke about the region’s unique “sharing culture,” which promotes social harmony and gender equality.
