In a proud moment for Delhi Public School, Eldeco Campus, Lucknow, a young learner has made a big mark on the national stage. Vaidehi, a student of Grade 1C, emerged as the Champion at the National Abacus Competition Festival conducted by Brainobrain, held on April 26, 2026, at Thyagraj Stadium, New Delhi.
Competing among participants from across India, Vaidehi impressed judges with her swift calculations, strong concentration, and remarkable command over mental arithmetic. Her performance stood out for its accuracy and speed—qualities rarely seen at such a young age.
The achievement reflects a blend of the student’s curiosity and discipline, along with the steady guidance provided by her mentors and the encouragement she receives at home. The school believes that such milestones highlight the importance of nurturing foundational skills early in a child’s academic journey.
Principal Ms. Gunjan Sahni praised the young achiever, noting that Vaidehi’s success exemplifies how the right environment and consistent support can help students unlock their true potential.
Celebrating this accomplishment, the DPS Eldeco community extends its best wishes to Vaidehi for many more achievements ahead, as she continues to grow and excel.
