India’s largest fertilizer cooperative, Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited (IFFCO), has announced recruitment for 35 Accounts Trainee positions. Students of University of Lucknow and its affiliated colleges are in a prime position to apply, as the university’s Placement Cell is actively facilitating the process.

Selected candidates can expect a monthly stipend of approximately ₹48,000, along with an attractive annual package of around ₹12 lakh. Postings will be made across IFFCO plants and subsidiary units across India, offering recruits both financial stability and national-level professional exposure right from the start of their careers.

Who Can Apply

To be eligible, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Graduation with a minimum of 60% marks

Cleared CA Intermediate examination

The selection process will be rigorous and multi-staged, comprising an online examination, followed by a personal interview and a medical examination.

Prof. Anoop Bhartiya, Director of the LU Placement Cell, highlighted an added advantage for applicants: the university will provide skill development training and coaching sessions to shortlisted candidates before the selection rounds, giving LU students a competitive edge.
