The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has opened applications for 560 Pharmacist posts under the Directorate of Medical and Health Services, offering a major opportunity for pharmacy diploma holders seeking government jobs in Uttar Pradesh.

The recruitment will be conducted through the Pharmacist Main Examination based on the Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET-2025). Only candidates who appeared in PET-2025 and possess a valid scorecard will be eligible to apply for the posts.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must hold a Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institute and must be registered with the Uttar Pradesh State Pharmacy Council. In addition, candidates must possess a valid PET-2025 scorecard issued by UPSSSC. Shortlisting for the main written examination will be based on the normalized score obtained in PET-2025.

Age Limit, Salary & Application Fee

The age limit is 18 to 40 years, with relaxation applicable for reserved categories as per government norms. Selected candidates will be placed in Pay Level-5, with a salary ranging from ₹5,200 to ₹20,200 and a Grade Pay of ₹2,800. Along with the basic salary, employees will receive various allowances and benefits applicable to Uttar Pradesh state government employees. The application fee is ₹25 for all categories, payable online while submitting the application form.
