Virtual Drives Turn Dream Jobs into Reality for Engineering & Management Students

Campus placements are creating a buzz in the city as students from leading universities secure impressive job offers even before completing their studies. In a major achievement, 50 students of Dr. Shakuntala Mishra National Rehabilitation University have been placed in reputed companies through a virtual campus drive, while B.Tech students from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) clinched packages of ₹4.50 lakh at IBM Group.

Offers Hit ₹8 Lakh

According to Placement Cell Director Viraj Dixit, students from B.Tech, MBA, MCA, and BBA streams at Dr. Shakuntala Mishra National Rehabilitation University achieved outstanding placement success.

Four B.Tech (Computer Science) students were selected by Intellipaat Software Solutions Private Limited for the role of Business Development Trainee Associate, receiving an impressive ₹8 lakh annual package.

An MBA student secured placement with Vodafone Idea Limited with a ₹6 lakh annual package, while 20 B.Tech students were appointed as Graduate Engineer Trainees at PG Electroplast Limited in Maharashtra.

AKTU Students Crack Multi-Level Hiring Process

Adding to the city’s placement success story, B.Tech students from AKTU were selected as Associate System Engineers at IBM Group with an annual package of ₹4.50 lakh.

The recruitment process was highly competitive. Around 200 students cleared the online test, 12 qualified the coding round, and finally, only four students secured the offer in the final interview stage.

Vice-Chancellor Prof. J.P. Pandey and Dean (Training & Placement) Prof. Neelam Srivastava congratulated the achievers. Vice-Chancellor Prof. Sanjay Singh credited the success to students’ dedication and continuous faculty mentorship.
