Under this program, free, clean, and nutritious meals are provided daily to attendants of admitted patients as well as other individuals in need.
A Community Kitchen Honoring Kamala Devi
This service is dedicated to the sacred memory of Late Smt. Kamala Devi, the beloved grandmother of Mr. Lokesh Singh, Manager of Lucknow Public School (C.P. Singh Foundation). Inspired by her life-long values of service, compassion, and philanthropy, the community kitchen was envisioned to support underprivileged sections of society.
Helping Others Is True Progress, Says Dr. Rashmi Pathak
The formal inauguration of this ambitious public service program was carried out by Dr. Rashmi Pathak, Director of the school. Speaking on the occasion, she emphasized that the true progress of any society lies in its sensitivity and spirit of service. She stated that supporting people during difficult times is the essence of genuine human service, and this initiative stands as a powerful example of that belief.
Safe, Healthy Meals Every Evening
As per the current arrangement, the Community Kitchen operates daily from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. During this time, quality food is served to patients’ attendants and needy individuals present within the hospital premises. The highest priority is given to hygiene, nutritional standards, and health safety during food preparation and distribution, ensuring full compliance with all protocols required in a sensitive hospital environment.
Serving Comfort and Hope
The hospital administration has praised this initiative, describing it as an extremely beneficial and relieving step for patients’ attendants. The service not only provides logistical support to economically weaker sections but also offers mental reassurance by conveying that society stands in solidarity with them.
Serving with Kindness
Started in memory of Late Smt. Kamala Devi Ji, this Community Kitchen is emerging as a strong center of service, empathy, and social commitment, setting an inspiring example for the community.
